Account Deletion

You can ask C3 Labs Ltd to close your Kickr account and delete associated off-chain personal data, subject to identity verification and any records we must retain by law. Deletion cannot remove public blockchain activity or data controlled independently by a third party.
How to submit a request
- 1Email gm@kickr.fun from the email address linked to your Kickr account.
- 2Use the subject line “Kickr Account Deletion Request”.
- 3Include your registered email address and, if available, your app-linked public wallet address.
- 4Complete any reasonable verification step we request to protect the account from an unauthorised deletion.
Data we will delete or de-identify
- account and profile data linked to your Kickr login, including your email address and app-linked account identifiers;
- off-chain preferences and push-notification registrations tied to the account; and
- other off-chain personal data that is no longer required for a lawful purpose.
Data that may remain
- public blockchain transactions and wallet activity, which are outside C3 Labs’ control and generally cannot be changed;
- limited records required for legal compliance, security, fraud prevention, dispute resolution, or enforcement of our agreements;
- data held by Privy, Polymarket, a wallet provider, or another independent service under its own retention policy; and
- encrypted backup copies retained temporarily until overwritten through the normal backup cycle.
Processing
We will confirm receipt and may ask for information needed to verify account ownership. We process verified requests without undue delay and will explain if an applicable legal or operational exception prevents full deletion.
