End User License Agreement (EULA)

1. License Grant

DegenHouse LLC grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, and revocable license to use the Kickr application for its intended purpose.

This license is provided for personal, non-commercial use only.

2. Permitted Use

You may use Kickr solely to:

• Access and interact with prediction markets
• View market data, insights, and positions
• Execute transactions through supported third-party infrastructure

3. Restrictions

You may not:

• Copy, modify, or create derivative works of the application
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code
• Sell, rent, sublicense, or distribute the application
• Use the application for unlawful purposes
• Interfere with or disrupt the operation or security of the application

4. Ownership

All rights, title, and interest in and to Kickr, including its software, design, and content, are and will remain the exclusive property of DegenHouse LLC and its licensors.

This Agreement does not grant you any ownership rights in the application.

5. Third-Party Services

Kickr interacts with third-party platforms and infrastructure, including:

• Polymarket (for market data and availability)
• Polymarket infrastructure (for transaction execution)
• Privy (for wallet and authentication infrastructure)

These services operate independently and may be subject to their own terms.

6. Non-Custodial Nature

Kickr is a non-custodial application:

• We do not hold or control user funds
• We do not store private keys
• Wallets are created via Privy and remain under user control

7. Termination

This license remains in effect until terminated.

DegenHouse LLC may suspend or terminate this license at any time if you violate this Agreement.

Upon termination, your right to use Kickr will immediately cease.

8. Disclaimer

Kickr is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind.
