1. Kickr Materials

Unless stated otherwise, the Kickr name, original software, interface, design, text, graphics, logos, and other materials created for the Kickr application and kickr.fun are owned by C3 Labs Ltd or its licensors and are protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and other intellectual-property laws.

2. Limited Permission

Your right to use Kickr is limited to the licence described in our Terms of Service and EULA. No other right or licence is granted by implication, estoppel, or otherwise.

You may not reproduce, republish, distribute, publicly display, modify, sell, license, or commercially exploit Kickr materials without prior written permission, except where applicable law expressly permits it.

3. Third-Party Materials

Market questions, prices, rules, logos, data, and other materials supplied by Polymarket or another third party remain the property of their respective owners. Their inclusion in Kickr does not transfer ownership to C3 Labs and does not imply endorsement or affiliation. Third-party materials may be subject to separate licences and usage restrictions.

4. Trademarks

Kickr names, logos, product names, and visual identifiers are trademarks or trade dress of C3 Labs or its licensors. You may not use them in a way that suggests sponsorship, endorsement, affiliation, or source without written permission. All other marks belong to their respective owners.

5. Reporting Infringement

If you believe material available through Kickr infringes a copyright or other intellectual-property right, email a notice containing:

• identification of the protected work or right you claim is infringed;
• identification and location of the material you want reviewed;
• your name, contact information, and authority to act;
• a statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is not authorised by the owner, its agent, or law; and
• a statement that the information is accurate, signed physically or electronically.

We may request additional information, forward the notice to the relevant provider or user, or remove or restrict material while we review it. Knowingly false claims may create liability.
